Chinyere, the Corporate Services Director, is a legal practitioner and accredited mediator who was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988.
After a brief stint in private practice, she joined the then National Oil and Chemical Marketing PLC (now Conoil PLC) as the Assistant Company Secretary in 1991, a position she held until 1996 when she moved to the Administration Department to review the Company’s Human Resource Policy.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators London, Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK and acquired a master’s degree in Business Administration in 1999. Chinyere left National Oil in 1999 to join First Impact Limited, a subsidiary of Bridgeways DPG Limited as the Company Secretary/Executive Director.
