Lambert holds a Ph.D. in Management from Walden University, USA, with specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change. As a multidisciplinary professional, he brings 25 years of experience in Built Environment, Organizational Development, Business Operations, and Project Management with the added advantage of integrating organizational strategy across lean-agile optimal Operations. Lambert is a graduate of Town & Regional Planning and a Registered Town Planner with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria.

 

He holds an M.Sc. in Operations & Supply Chain Management (University of Liverpool, United Kingdom) and an MBA in Project Management Technology (Federal University of Technology, Owerri). A founding member of PMI Nigeria amongst other Board Membership roles, Lambert is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), Project Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) and Organizational Project Management Professional (OPM3®). He is also a Procurement Professional (MCIPS) by virtue of his membership of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply United Kingdom.

 

Lambert is a Life Alumnus of Pan Atlantic University (Lagos Business School – OMP 4 Class). His Scholar-Practitioner activities include co-authoring the 3rd Edition of OPM3 Global Standard; participant in Cut-Score and Item Writing for PMI-RMP Certification Exam; Exposure Draft Reviewer for Project Risk Management Standard; a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the update to the Construction Extension to the PMBOK® Guide. His “Emotional Extent Effect” (EEE) has catapulted him into the exclusive comity of global scholars.

 

Currently, he is the President, Project Management Institute (PMI), Nigeria Chapter.
