Dele has over 15 years’ experience in business and entrepreneurial development in real estate development, non-governmental organizations, ICT, Oil & Gas and Public Sector.
From 1995 till 2008 he was a key member of the team that set up the worldwide structure for youth development, mentorship and empowerment for a major faith-based organisation in Nigeria. In 2008, he participated in the Nembe-Cawthorne Channel Trunkline replacement project with Saipem Nigeria Limited as a financial advisor to Petroquip Nigeria Limited. From 2010 and 2013, he joined WTF Development as Director, Business Development & Strategy. As a team, they developed the service infrastructure for Metrocity Estate, Abuja for UAC Property Development Company (UPDC) and did a hostel development for The Catholic Church’s Veritas University, Abuja amongst others.
A graduate of Economics from the University of Lagos, he sits on the board of several companies and Trusts and has been involved with several start-ups and small businesses in Nigeria and beyond. He is also an advisory board member of the Young CEOs Business Forum, an international network of businesses.
