The consulting portfolio engages in concept development through to a multi-disciplinary design, valuation and project management approach. Our consulting team includes architects, engineers, land surveyors, planners, estate valuers, project managers and quantity surveyors.

Bridgeways’ real estate development is two-pronged: we originate and execute proprietary, firm-owned developments based on clear and viable market opportunities and also mid-wife projects originated by our clients; including both private and public sector clientele.

We offer excellent property and facility management services, ensuring that each property in our portfolio operates effectively and efficiently. Taking on the role of real estate managers, we help clients determine the return on investment from updating or restructuring a property to advising actions that will improve its selling or leasing value.
